Optimist Events
T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Junior Baseball, and Baseball
Registration for the 2025 ball season will be open until March 15th, 2025. No late registrations will be accepted.
T-Ball is for ages 4-6.
Coach Pitch is for ages 6-9.
Junior Baseball is for ages 9-11.
Baseball is for ages 12-14.
The birthday cutoff is May 1st for each division. Cost is $40.00 per child.
Back to School Party!
Let's kick off the 2025-2026 school year with an ice cream tie-dye party! Bring anything white you would like to tie-dye. Free event! Details coming soon but please email any questions to holtssummitoptimistclub@gmail.com.
Holts Summit Heat
Our team is one of 19 teams that make up the Central Missouri Athletic Circuit. Registration for the 2025 Holts Summit Heat season is closed. There will be 6 races in Sept./Oct. and the possibility of a regional and national race. Cost is $60.00 per child.
Kids Hunt Day
Calling all hunters! This is one of the favorite events hosted each fall. Come learn about gun safety, take your turn shooting at your own target, then finish with a demonstration of running a hunt dog in the field! Targets and safety goggles provided for each kid. Guns available to use or you can bring your own. More details to come....
Ornament Paint Night
Join us in November from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Civic Center. Pick from a variety of ornaments to paint and partake in the fun! Cost is $10.00 at the door. More details this fall but email questions to holtssummitoptimistclub@gmail.com.
Sewing Classes
Classes held in November and December 2025 at Rooster Creek Sewing Center. Cost is $20.00 per child, per class. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes. Students will learn about sewing and create a project to take home. Sewing machines are used so the age requirement is 6 years old and older.
